 Simply this is a wood look ( resin) decorative cornice board and curtain tiebacks.

 This is from JCPenney and retails for $80 when it was available. 

I used this on a blank wall for a decorative accent over a bed.

Take a small curtain rod and add a beautiful curtain or fabric and place the shelf – cornice over it. Fan out your curtain and instantly you have a decorative backdrop for your bed or another piece of furniture on a wall that is bare. 

 ( I had a mirror in between the seperated curtains that were tied back). 

The cornice measures 24″ long & 8″ long.

The tiebacks are wreath shaped and have a piece in the back that screw into the wall.
